Clever, MO - Saturday, November 17, 2012 was the 6th Annual Shelby's Run 5K/10K & 1 Mile Fun Run was held at Clever Middle School. Shelby was the granddaughter of Kathy Grover, the Assistant Superintendent of Clever R- V. On March 8, 2006 Shelby was diagnosed with a rare, inoperable and ultimately incurable brain tumor. She was a loving little girl who lived life to the fullest. On October 18, 2007 she entered the gate of heaven and is cancer free now. During her illness, Shelby received wonderful, loving care at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. All funds raised will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Shelby's memory.
