Here we Glow! It’s time for the NEON Night Run/Walk, NAMI Southwest Missouri’s annual event for Suicide Prevention. This 5k timed event and 1 mile non-timed event is a glowing experience with illuminating lights and neon glow. This is the area’s coolest, most eye dazzling nighttime 5K and 1 mile featuring an illuminated trail, sounds of our Amazing DJ, the glow Zone and a Photo Booth! Also featured is a special salute to our fallen veterans, who lose their lives daily to suicide. Participants will receive a unique t-shirt and glow gear. The illuminated Memorial Garden is a place where participants can remember those lost to suicide through the purchase of a plastic lighted luminary.

Event Details
This year’s event will be held at the Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park, a unique venue with a spacious area and scenic area. The course is exceptionally scenic with minimal hills.
100% of the proceeds from this event will benefit NAMI Southwest Missouri and our efforts to help raise awareness about mental illness and suicide prevention.
Packet Pickup will be on Friday, August 23rd from 11am to 6pm at NAMI Southwest MO Office, 1443 N. Robberson, Suite 408 in Springfield (Cox North Medical Tower - 4th Floor).
Race Day Registration & Packet pickup will be from 7:30pm to 8:15pm.

**Purchase a luminary to be displayed in the memorial garden at the event. You can customize your luminary "IN MEMORY OF" with your loved ones name. Cost will be $10 each.
ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES FRIDAY, AUGUST 23RD AT 5PM. If you still need to get registered you can register at packet pickup on Friday or race morning.
