Event Details
The 5K run begins at 8 a.m., followed immediately by a 1 mile walk on the hospital campus. The registration fee is $30. All paid participants registered by April 15 are guaranteed to receive a tech-style t-shirt.

Packet pick up: Runners' packets will be available for pick up 3-6 p.m. Friday, May 3, in the main lobby of Lake Regional Hospital.
Race day registration: 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. at Lake Regional Hospital, Lot A.

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 men and women in the follwoing age divisions in the following age categories: ages 12 and under; ages 13 - 18; ages 19-29; ages 30 - 39; ages 40-49; ages 50-59; and ages 60 and older.
