Updated from the “Bentley Fund 5K,” the Access to Health 5K Run/Walk hosted by Jordan Valley Community Health Center, will be held rain or shine. The Access to Health 5K Run/Walk is a community wide event aimed at increasing physical activity for all ages. Proceeds from the 5K Run/Walk will continue to provide accessible and integrated care to members of the communities we serve. The 5K course is CERTIFIED!

Cost: $25 registration fee for community members
**Current Jordan Valley patients 18 and older $10.00 each and current patients under 18 are $5.00 each.
**Jordan Valley Employee/Immediate Family $10.00 each and Employee children under 18 $5.00 each
What you get: A great, semi - flat downtown route, a great feeling of helping others, a quality event shirt, Zumba warm-up, snacks, and more.
**Registrations received by 7/9/17 will receive their shirt with packet. Registrations received after 7/9/17 may not receive shirt until after race day.
Packet Pick Up: Friday, July 21st at Jordan Valley Community Health Center from Noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday, July 22nd (race day) from 6:15-7:15 a.m.
