Maybe you're injuried, unexpected family or business conflict arose or maybe your traning schedule didn't go exactly as planned? NOW YOU'RE STRESSED BECAUSE YOU PRE-REGISTERED FOR THE AZALEA HALF MARATHON, 10K & 5K!!
Don't worry..at ActNow Promotions, we understand sometimes conflicts arise that are out of your control. Our view is, you paid for YOUR reigstration; therefore, you can do with it whatever you'd like!! SO STOP STRESSING!
If you're unable to attend the Azalea Run, but you've already registered for the event, while we don't allow refunds, we DO allow transfers! If you have a friend, family member, co-worker who'd like to run in your place..no problem! All we ask is that you let us know about it BEFORE the day of the event! You can email or call our office at 417-724-2002 to get the neccessary infiormation.
Maybe you registered for the Half Marathon, but due to injury or someother unforseen circumstance you'd like to drop down to the 5K or 10K..NO PROBLEM! Again, just shoot us and email or call our office and we'll get this taken care of for you. Once again, we don't do refunds, but one option is, to again, sell your original bib, contact us to let us know about it, then re-register for the event of your choice.
