Branson, MO - Saturday, October 5, 2013 was the Run for Hope 5K and 1 Mile Walk benefiting the Gift of Hope, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit; helping children and families in need in Taney County Missouri.
The Backpack Club is the most vital program, which provides supplemental food to hungry children to take home to eat on the weekends during the school year. The Christmas Share program will help families who have fallen on hard times and are in need of assistance with electric, rent, propane, warm winter clothes and food.

Springfield, MO - Saturday, September 28, 2013 the Springfield Victory Mission hosted the 1st Annual Back on My Feet 5K. The Victory Mission is a place of help and hope to individuals and families in need. Since 1976, they have been reaching out with the love of Jesus Christ to people who are hungry, homeless, hurting and struggling to meet their family's basic needs in Springfield and the Ozarks.

We are a non-denominational, evangelical ministry sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through emergency and educational services that lead to long-term reconciliation, rehabilitation and re-entry into society.
Our Services
We provide food, lodging, clothing & household goods, recovery programs, education, job training and Christian counseling & spiritual guidance in a safe and supportive environment - every day of the year.

Stockton, MO - Saturday, September 28, 2013 was the Nut Run 10K, 5K & 1 Mile Run sponsored by Hammons Products Co., in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Team in Training. Following the race was the 53rd Annual Black Walnut Festival.

Springfield, MO - The 2nd Annual Running with Convoy 5K and Walk was a unique experience. At each kilometer, participants were able to take in the culture from each of the four regions that Convoy of Hope serves. 'Convoy' provides hope through its Children’s Feeding Initiative, community outreaches, disaster response, and partner resourcing. Currently more than 125,000 children are a part of our Children’s Feeding initiative in seven different countries. This program provides clean and safe drinking water, nutrition and hygiene education, agricultural initiatives and healthy living environments. In Haiti alone 54,000 children are fed each day at school by Convoy of Hope.

Nixa, MO - Saturday, September 14, 2013 ActNow Promotions held the 1st Annual Azalea Half Marathon, 10K & 5K at the Gardens at Woodfield in a collaborative effort between 
the Azalea Association, City of Nixa, Nixa Chamber of Commerce and the Nixa Park Board to establish walking trails and botanical gardens for Christian County.

Ozark, MO - James River Assembly hosted the Annual Cherish Kids 5K & 10K, Saturday, August 24, 2013. Cherish Kids was founded on the belief that every child is a gift from God and deserves to be cared for and cherished. Cherish Kids endeavors to improve the quality of life for children who find themselves displaced or orphaned. The vision of Cherish Kids is to make a difference in the lives of children in crisis by collaborating with state, counties, churches and adoption agency leaders.
