The 3rd Annual Azalea Run is less than a week away! We are holding two packet pickup's before race day. Please try to get your packet before race day to help us out with the race day rush. SOGGY BOTTOM TRAINING RUN

Sunday, September 6, 2015 - We're holding a training run out at the Soggy Bottom trails this Sunday at 6:30am. This is a free training run, no timing, no shirts or medals, but we will have water at the finish line! You can run as little or as much as you'd like!
The trails are not fully marked yet, so run at your own risk and try not to get lost!
Running the PhatAss 50K

The PhatAss 50K was held Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Stockton State Park in Stockton, MO. The course was an 8 mile loop course on the Stockton Lake view trail. This was a free event put on by Race Director Chris Thomas, due to so many people running 50 milers in September, he wanted to organize a large group run to help people finish off their training for their upcoming events.

Who I am & what I do for a living.
Jason began his formal education at Missouri State University in Springfield where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. His first job as a dietitian was at CoxHealth Hospital as a Clinical Dietitian; he worked in this position for the next two years specializing in renal and heart disease as well as nutrition diagnostics. In 2009, he had the opportunity to join the management team in the Food and Nutrition Services department as the assistant director of food services.
