The Fresh start 5k is January 7 and Cabin Fever Reliever is January 14. Have you ever smelled the fresh, winter air after a run with your friends or family in the Ozark’s? There is something about it that is refreshing. The exciting winter air that fills every breath you take is something second to none in the Ozark Mountain outdoors. If your are like me I always eat that extra piece of pie or cookie at Christmas. I have the best sister-in-law and she is an amazing baker. As her favorite brother-in-law, it is my job responsibility to make sure that all the cookies are ate. These featured events are two great ways for you to connect with other folks who enjoy running and friendship at races. Not to mention a great way to get back to the healthier lifestyle! That's right...It might be getting colder but you won't melt. As winter starts to set in, we have some great events coming up through the holiday season for the whole family. Starting the first weekend in December with the Reindeer Run in Republic Friday night and the Ugly Sweater run hosted by the Summit Preparatory school Saturday morning. Finishing December with Ozark Mountain Ridge Runner's Run for the Ranch. To kick off the New Year Re-Entry and Resources will be hosting thier 2nd annual Fresh Start 5k January 7, 2017. This event will feature finisher medals for all participants and many door prizes. The Fresh Start 5k is a great way to get the whole family a start to the new year. Running on the Frisco trail makes this a very family friendly event. Hope to see you soon!
Azalea Medal Pick Up

For those of you who didn't get your medal at the Azalea Run on Saturday, September 10, 2016, they are available for pickup at Garden Adventures Nursery, 1900 
W Mt Vernon Street in Nixa (located 2.8 miles west of Highway 160 on Highway 14). Garden Adventures is open Monday thru Saturday from 8am to 5pm and on Sunday's from noon to 5pm.
