Willard, MO - Saturday, November 22, 2014 was the 2nd Annual Willard Christmas Color Run hosted by the Willard Intermediate Running Club. Proceeds from this event benefit the Willard Children's Charitable Foundation.  Willard WCCFChildren's Charitable Foundation was established in 2005 as an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Its mission is to raise, manage and distribute funds to benefit children in the Willard community and school district. WCCF provides both direct assistance to children and families in need and supports programs that benefit children throughout the district.

Clever, MO  - Shelby's Run is an annual event held in November each year and this year marked the 8th Annual Shelby's Run. All proceeds are sent to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. The purpose of Shelby's Run is to shelbypromote healthy activity while raising awareness and support for patients and families who are given hope by the research, care and services offered by St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

Mt. Vernon, MO - Mt. Vernon Veterans Home hosted the Remembering Our Heroes 5K on Saturday, November 15, 2014.  Proceeds from this event benefit the Missouri Veterans Homes. The Missouri Veterans Homes manage a total of 1350 beds that provide long term skilled nursing care in compliance with 157 Federal Department of Veterans Affairs regulations. The Homes are located in Cameron, Cape Girardeau, Mexico, Mount Vernon, St. James, St. Louis, and Warrensburg.ROH Logo

Springfield, MO - Saturday, November 15, 2014, H.O.P.E (Helping Overcome Pediatric Emergencies) Foundation which is a local non-profit organization that HOPE Logoprovides financial and emotional support to families whose children are battling pediatric emergencies hosted the Hope Foundation 5K at Rutledge Wilson Farm Park.

Saturday, November 8, 2014 was the 4th Annual Running on Faith 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run hosted by St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church.  All proceeds from this event will go to support St. Anne's Guild in their mission to provide faith Running of Faith Logobuilding activities for the children of the community.

Springfield, MO - Saturday, November 8, 2014, was the 2nd Annual Back on My Feet 5K hosted by Springfield Victory Missions, to help homeless get back on their feet.  Victory Mission is a place of help and hope to individuals Back on My Feet 5K Logo copyand families in need. Since 1976, they have been reaching out with the love of Jesus Christ to people who are hungry, homeless, hurting and struggling to meet their family's basic needs in Springfield and the Ozarks. Victory Missions provide food, lodging, clothing & household goods, recovery programs, education, job training and Christian counseling & spiritual guidance in a safe and supportive environment - every day of the year
