Joplin, MO - Sunday, October 26, 2014 was the 3rd Annual God's Resort 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run. God's Resort is a not-for-profit organization started seven years ago under the prayer and support of many members of College Heights and other churches around the area. An area in town that was once referred to as "the Last Resort" has become "God's Resort." We seek to provide affordable, dignified places to live, as well as surround residents with healthy relationships and spiritual guidance. For many residents, God's Resort is a place for new beginnings. We also reach beyond the 23 Apartments to the wider neighborhood. Sunday night fellowships are held which include a meal provided by small groups from area churches. At these gatherings we have had as many as 80 people show up from around the neighborhood!

Springfield, MO - Saturday, October 25, 2014 was the 1st Annual Jack's Wizard Waddle 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run. This fantastic event will be benefiting our local Make a Wish Chapter. That means all the money will stay in this area 
(Southwest Missouri) to help families in our region!

Nixa, MO - Friday, October 24, 2014 was the Nixa XLT Lights on After School 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run held at Inman Intermediate. All proceeds from this event benefit the XLT Scholarship Fund. XLT is an Accredited before and after
school program that provides a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for youth during non-school hours by expanding and enriching the opportunities for learning, social development and recreation.

Reeds Spring, MO - Saturday, October 18, 2014 was the Reeds Spring Project Graduation 2015 Glow Run 5K & 10K at the Port of Kimberling City. Runners experienced a scenic run over rolling hills with a beautiful lakeview.

Point Lookout, MO - Saturday, October 18, 2014, School of the Ozarks hosted teh Patriot Invitational. Schools in attendance included School of the Ozarks, Blue Eye, Willow Springs, Hollister, Hurley, Mountain Grove, Western Grove, 
Chadwick, Hartville, Niangua, Galena, Spokane, and Sparta.

Columbus, Kansas - The 1st Annual We Run Kansas Half Marathon took place on Sunday, October 12th, 2014 during the Columbus Day 
Festival. The race started at the Cherokee County Courthouse, and went through portions of the business district, and then through beautiful rural countryside. The final two miles of the race went through the business areas, and ended at the city park.
